I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults heal from anxiety, generational, developmental, and attachment trauma. My work integrates inner child healing, psychodynamic insight, and trauma-informed care to support clients in understanding how their past influences their present. Together, we focus on building healthier relationships, setting boundaries without guilt, and cultivating greater clarity and self-trust.
