I am a licensed therapist in Florida with 7 years of professional experience. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with young adults, adults, and older adults, and I’m also open to supporting teens who may be navigating life’s unique challenges. My background includes helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and coping with life transitions.
