I am a certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) therapist using mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal skills, & distress tolerance to help you manage your life. I’m a certified Grief Informed Professional counselor (CGP) offering you emotional support & facilitating the healing process developing coping mechanisms & find meaning in the pain.
