I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Florida. I have over 17 years of experience working with clients to address concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting and communication issues, motivational issues and ADHD and ADD.
My counseling approach is client-centered; I believe in working in a collaborative manner with clients to assist in identifying their goals and creating a path to achieve said goals. I combine both a cognitive behavioral and solution focused approach to our sessions. I believe everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental space to create a happier and more fulfilling life.
