Learn MoreAbout Me
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my profile! Since early age, helping people have always been my passion.
I completed all PsyD courses, and licensed as a LMHC in the State of Florida. In addition, I am a Registered Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and completed a Neuropsychology course.
Through the years, I provided mental health services to people of all ages, and administered intellectual, developmental, neurological, learning disabilities, personality and vocational tests.
At this time, I provide counseling to adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, career choices, aging, and cognitive difficulties.
My style is to develop a non-threatening, person-centered, non-judgmental and relaxed relationship with my clients. I enjoy developing a successful outcome by creating individualized treatment.
I studied Social Work at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and completed all the PsyD courses at Carlos Albizu University, located in Miami, Florida. I’ve been helping since the age of sixteen, first as a volunteer in different hospitals in my natal Argentina, and in Israel for AKIM, the largest organization for individuals with intellectual disabilities. In the United States I’ve been helping individuals and families, providing counseling, and performing psychological evaluations at the Institute for Children and Family Health, neurological evaluations at Palmwood Psychological Services and for Social Security Disability claimants. Working with Holocaust survivors at Goodman Jewish Family Services introduced me to geriatric care as well as aging issues.
I believe that each person is a distinct world, with own feelings, fears, accomplishments and goals. That is why I provide tailored therapies with compassion and understanding.
Congratulations for taking the first step to a better you. If you are experiencing emotional, educational or family relationship difficulties, I will be very happy to help you.
