Welcome! I am a licensed mental health professional with 16 years experience who is passionate in providing quality core care. I specialize in establishing therapeutic relationship and creating an environment where my clients feel they can be their authentic self. I have experience in providing counseling for coping skills, the complexities of trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. Some of the techniques that I use includes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation and solution-focused therapy.
