Traditional & Technology Assisted Treatment 

Mr. Kassel helps clients overcome emotional and psychophysiological issues using traditional talk therapy combined with technology assisted therapies such as biofeedback and neurofeedback. He practices eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for patients with trauma. He also uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) and the Gottman method.
