Linda Mosley

I am a Licenced Clinical Psychologist with a Doctor of Psychology Degree (Psy.D).

My graduate training was in Freudian Psychoanalytic practice. However I’ve experienced over 32 years of professional experience in many different techniques.

I’ve practiced CBT, Children’s Play Therapy, Client Centered, Cognitive Restructuring, Humanistic, Mindfulness, and whatever was appropriate for my patients.

I’ve also worked with adults, children, teens, seniors, in different formats; such as in clinics, hospitals, prisons, court child custody, couples and family therapy, group therapy, and inlong term care.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and without your commitment, motivation, and ‘stick to it ness’ there is little to no progress.

You have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
