I am licensed in California with 28 years of professional work experience in the area of perinatal mental health. I have provided emotional support to countless clients adjusting to new parenthood, processing birth trauma, and coping with unexpected events during and after delivery, including having a premature or medically fragile baby in the NICU. I also have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, coping with grief, & coping with loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
