Heather Sardella

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with 17 years of professional work experience. I have expertise in helping clients with anxiety, stress, depression, family and relationship conflicts, identity issues, trauma, domestic violence, grief, and parenting. Utilizing an eclectic blend of theoretical approaches, I tailor treatment to each client. I like to incorporate creativity into my interventions and enjoy working with adolescents and young adults and their families. Entering into therapy is a personal journey that takes courage.
