Welcome! I started working with most in need populations while attending California Lutheran University, where I graduated with a Master of Science in Psychology. Working as a school based-counselor in Ventura County school system and primary clinician in psychiatric, I have experienced the complexities of family relationships, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, phase of life changes, work related issues, motivation, self-esteem, adjustment disorders and of course persistent diagnosis as well such as Depression. I am compassionate for how we experience the world as an individual and in the collective.
