About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with over 10 years of experience walking alongside individuals from all backgrounds and life paths. My work has spanned diverse populations—from those navigating serious mental illness, trauma, and substance use, to individuals facing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and burnout. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including correctional facilities, community mental health, and with the homeless population, former foster youth, and adults experiencing mild to severe depression, anxiety, and substance use issues.

I’ve supported clients across socioeconomic backgrounds and with a wide range of personality and mood disorders, always guided by the belief that every story deserves to be heard with compassion and care.
My approach to therapy is integrative and flexible, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to best support your unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. By blending these approaches, I aim to create a space where we can explore your experiences, build insight, and develop practical strategies to help you feel better and move forward.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking clarity, I offer a space where your thoughts and emotions are met without judgment. I specialize in helping people reconnect with their inner resilience, rebuild confidence, and rediscover meaning in their lives. I also bring a deep understanding of compassion fatigue, especially for those in caregiving or helping roles.

Together, we’ll create a safe, open environment where healing can unfold at your own pace. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful tool for growth—and as Maya Angelou so wisely said, “People may forget what you said, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.” My goal is to ensure you feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

If you’re ready to take that first courageous step toward a more fulfilling life, I’m here to walk beside you.
