Jay Griffith

I am licensed in Ohio with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and relationship issues, affecting their ability to relate to themselves, others and life well. I often find myself working with many coping a number of challenging personal, relational, social and vocational, season of life cares and concerns. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, but also personal honesty and compassion, and improved self-and-others advocacy.
