Jillian Beckham Verified Provider

Jillian Beckham is a therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (MA) and a certified somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP). She has her own practice in Santa Rosa, California, called Integral Counseling. She draws from both Western psychology and Eastern practices to provide cutting edge treatment for her clients. She charges $200 for a 50-minute session. She does not accept insurance. She sees her clients in person or through Zoom sessions.

Ms. Beckham works with many types of clients, including empaths and HSPs. She has struggled with her own high sensitivity and understands what it’s like to be finely attuned to what others are experiencing and how that colors and shapes your interactions with the world. 

Reconnecting Through Spiritual Embodiment

One of Ms. Beckham’s specialties is helping clients reconnect to their authentic selves. She does this through SEP. The practice increases energy flow and somatic awareness, which assists her clients in recognizing where they’re repeating habitual, self protecting patterns that ultimately restrict their lives.
