I am licensed in California with 14 years of professional work experience. My priority is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space so we can work together to figure out how to best move forward. I believe in using strengths to overcome more challenging areas incorporating positive psychology in addition to more traditional approaches. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship and sexual idenity issues, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, & confidence.
