Learn MoreAbout Me
My name is Ginger Segar, and I am licensed in California with 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist and educator. I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, parents, and women. While I support clients with a wide variety of issues, my passion comes from helping my clients to reach their full potential and to be able to live fulfilling and enriching lives. I focus on anxiety and stress management, self-esteem and confidence issues, ADHD, building healthy relationships personally and professionally, grief and loss, family changes, and am adept in in helping clients to navigate a multitude of obstacles and crisis situations. I use an eclectic approach, blending theoretical frameworks such as Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Carl Rogers’s Humanistic approach, all to tailor an approach that best fits the needs of each unique individual. It is important to me that my clients feel safe and supported, and can enter the therapy space knowing that they have someone on their team, where feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
