I am licensed in California with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with their most difficult life stressors, such as PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), severe depression, life limiting anxiety, as well as grief and relationship challenges with important others in your family or at work. I also have experience working with people with life threatening illnesses and coping with loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where your feelings are welcomed and attended to with curiosity, kindness and warm care.
