I am licensed in California with 6 years of professional work experience in crisis residential treatment programs, school-based counseling programs, adult drug court substance programs, and behavioral health centers. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your experience, doing the best with the resources available and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
