My approach centers on understanding each person’s unique journey, how their early years set the stage for the kinds of coping strategies we needed when we were young, but as we grow and develop, may not be the ones we need to move on in life and relationships. My expertise lies in helping people understand how their histories impact current issues of depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. I find it critical for each person to set their own pace in the healing process, as moving too quickly can lead to feelings that are overwhelming and make it hard to function.

My therapeutic work focuses on helping individuals work through communication difficulties, social anxiety, life transitions, and emotional healing.
With extensive experience supporting diverse populations, I offer specialized support for women, men, veterans, and individuals facing workplace stress, midlife transitions, and complex emotional challenges.
