About Me

I’m Natalie “Michele” Ehrlich, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a warm, practical, and down-to-earth approach. After earning my MSW from USC, I worked for several years in a variety of clinical settings, including schools, residential programs, foster care and outpatient mental health. I stepped away from my career to raise my three children, and now — with fresh perspective and life experience — I’m returning to the work I’ve always loved.

I enjoy working with adults who are navigating life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck. Whether you’re facing a new chapter, caregiving stress, workplace burnout, or emotional overwhelm, therapy can offer clarity and support.

I offer a space where you can be real, heard, and understood. My style is eclectic, collaborative and conversational. I draw from evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person centered techniques to help you build insight, set goals, and feel more grounded in your life.
