Learn MoreAbout Me
Are you feeling stuck in your current situation? Do you have the desire for change, but not quite sure where to begin? Do you feel like you’re traveling this road alone?
Hi, my name is Tom. I am here to help.
Sometimes, we just need a little guidance, or a fresh perspective.
Talk therapy is a way to learn new coping skills, identify and express our thoughts and feelings, improve relationships, just to name a few examples.
I am licensed in Michigan with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, bipolar disorder, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (adhd). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
