About Me

As a licensed therapist in Michigan, I specialize in supporting individuals through life’s complex challenges. My practice centers on helping clients navigate relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and personal growth. I offer compassionate guidance for those experiencing social anxiety, communication difficulties, and transitions in life.

My approach is deeply rooted in understanding each person’s unique journey. I work collaboratively with clients to address issues like self-worth related issues, isolation, workplace stress, and emotional healing. Whether you’re struggling with mood challenges, relationship transitions, or seeking greater personal purpose, I provide a supportive and empathetic space for exploration and growth.

Drawing from a trauma-informed and person-centered perspective, I’m committed to helping individuals develop resilience, improve communication, and cultivate meaningful connections. My therapeutic style honors each client’s individual experience, focusing on strengths and potential for positive change.

As a seminary graduate and Christian therapist I am glad to integrate faith-based principles upon client request. I am also always happy to pray with any client when this is requested.
