About Me

My name is Matt and I am a licensed social worker who works as a therapist in Michigan. I have been doing individual therapy for about 7 years now and group therapy involving domestic violence and relationships for about 12 years. I specialize in relationship issues, coping with anxiety, and building self-esteem. My main form of therapy is CBT – challenging our thoughts that lead to our depression and anxiety.
