About Me

Hello…I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working as a Therapist and Medical Social Worker, with a variety of populations, such as seniors, adults, teens, couples, families, LGBT, and substance abuse groups. I have worked with client concerns regarding depression, bipolar disorder, stress and anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, family issues, substance abuse, suicidal ideations, grief and loss, workplace, domestic violence, and various other mental, emotional, physical health concerns. I will make your treatment goals specific and obtainable to your treatment needs.

My counseling style is open, warm, empathetic and compassionate. I will treat you with respect and dignity. My goal is being cognizant of clients needs, yet being direct and straightforward as warranted. I have successful experience in working with diverse populations and providing psychotherapy for seniors, adults, and teens.

It take a great deal of courage to seek professional counseling, and even more courage to follow through. If you are ready to take the next steps to begin living a more fulfilling and empowered life, I look forward to assisting you.
