Tara Sedov

Hi, I’m Tara. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington and Massachusetts and supervisor in both states. I’m an ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider, Certified Lifespan Integration Therapist, YogaBody Certified Breath Coach, and a Life Coach.

My approach is a person-centered, strengths based approach that emphasizes a partnership between the client and therapist/coach/supervisor. Depending on the needs of each individual, I draw from various therapy modalities.

I enjoy being able to provide support and helping individuals learn coping skills that will help them throughout their lives. I enjoy working with a variety of populations and attending training classes and conferences to better support those populations, including the LGBTQ+ community.

I’m also passionate about helping people decide wether they want to make a big move abroad and supporting during that big transition as it is a difficult adjustment for some.
