About Me

I’m a therapist and teacher who believes that healing is an act of remembering — of coming home to what has always been deep within. My work lives at the intersection of psychology, soul, and embodiment. I help people reconnect with their inner world, rework the old patterns that keep them stuck, and rediscover a deeper rhythm in their lives.

For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside those facing the quiet crises of being human — grief, love, loss, identity, purpose, and the deep hunger for meaning. I don’t see therapy as symptom management; I see it as a initiation of the soul — a space where what’s been buried, silenced, or forgotten can be met with compassion and curiosity.

My approach is collaborative and active. I draw from Jungian depth psychology, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and creative expression to help clients not just think about change, but feel it. I’ve taught psychology at the college level, trained extensively in trauma and somatic work, and continue to learn from every story shared in the room.

I believe we’re all in a process of becoming — shedding what no longer fits, reclaiming what was lost, and learning to live with more honesty, courage, and hope. Therapy, at its best, is not about fixing what’s wrong; it’s about awakening to what’s possible.
