My approach to therapy is to tailor and personalize treatment depending on your own goals and needs.

My number one priority is the clinical relationship and meeting individuals where they are. I do this by focusing on using your strengths, to identify healthy coping mechanisms and create strong support systems in order to help you feel empowered to live your best life. I always create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I draw from evidence based practices in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Trauma Informed practices all while using a strength based approach.
