We are living in very challenging times. Many managing their anxiety and/or depression on their own have begun seeking help for the first time. Whether that’s you or you’ve been in counseling before, I’m ready, willing and able to help.I specialize in working with teens struggling with school, family or social issues, and parents whose children are struggling, as well as a full range of other difficulties. My training has provided me with a toolbox full of strategies to help and understanding.
