Dr. Heather Clark has over 20 years of experience in the field of Psychology and works with clients in the emerging and early adulthood phase of their life, ages 18 to 35. Her focus is on teaching clients how to calm their minds, bodies, and feelings and develop self-awareness. Through cognitive-behavioral interventions, imagery tools, and mindfulness techniques, clients learn to calmly navigate life challenges. Dr. Clark has a BA in Psychology, an MA in Professional Counseling and a Ph.D. in Psychology.
