14 Years of Safe and Supportive Mental Health Care
Dr. Raveau has been in practice for 14 years. I’m impressed by her dedication to understanding and supporting the mental wellbeing of children and families. Part of her mission at Mala is to train the next generation of mental health care providers, fostering a safe environment that promotes learning, community belonging and excellence in training and supervision.Â
Trauma Informed and Culturally Sensitive Therapy
She takes a trauma informed and culturally sensitive approach to therapy, encouraging clients to embrace vulnerability and take on new challenges. She strives to create a comfortable therapeutic space for growth and transformation, where clients can feel free to sit on the floor, walk around or recline on the sofa. She uses biofeedback, internal family systems (IFS), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and parent child interaction therapy (PCIT).
