I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado, with 25 years of experience. My focus has been on supporting and strengthening families and communities. I want to inspire a culture rooted in compassion, one interaction at a time. Currently, I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns. I have expertise in treating anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, postpartum depression, grief and loss, and challenges related to Autism and ADHD. I am open to helping with whatever you bring to the table!

My approach is holistic and person-centered. I integrate cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and somatic modalities to meet your unique needs. We will work together toward your personal goals in an empathetic, safe, and accepting space, while also challenging unhelpful patterns and exploring new ways of relating to yourself and others.
