Welcome ! I am a licensed clinical social worker, counselor/therapist and received a master’s degree insocial work in 1998 from the University of New England in Maine. I have worked in bothcommunity based and residential non profit settings with clients ranging in ages from 5 to 95. I left public service in 2021 after over 25 years to focus on providing individual counseling and psychotherapy via telehealth. My style is informed from a range of practice perspectives integrating humanistic, person centered, process based approaches that support increased psychological flexibility and living a valued life.
