About Me

As a licensed therapist in Missouri and Kansas, I bring more than three decades of clinical experience helping individuals navigate life’s most complex challenges. I strive to create affirming, inclusive spaces where clients from diverse backgrounds feel seen, respected, and supported. My areas of expertise include addiction and recovery, women’s mental health, and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals throughout their healing journeys.

I provide compassionate guidance to individuals facing substance use concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, and emotional distress. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy, helping clients identify their strengths, heal from shame and guilt, and develop practical strategies for managing stress, depression, anxiety, and the demands of everyday life.

As a person in long-term recovery, I understand the courage it takes to seek change and the importance of hope, connection, and authenticity in the healing process. Whether clients are exploring recovery, rebuilding relationships, navigating major life transitions, or seeking greater emotional wellness, I am committed to providing a non-judgmental environment where they can build resilience, rediscover their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
