I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience working with individuals with a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, personality disorders and trauma.

I believe that everyone is doing the best that they can in trying to make their way through this thing we call life. At times people may experience events that are beyond their ability to manage. Trauma, grief and loss, life changes, anxiety and depression, can impact one’s ability to live their best most fulfilling life. Whether it’s work stress, developing and maintaining relationships, or challenges due to past trauma, there is hope for something better. Overcoming life’s challenges can feel overwhelming or unmanageable, but the good news is you don’t have to face those challenges alone.

I can provide you with support, empathy, compassion, and kindness, while assisting you to identify and address your concerns.
