I work with adults who are dealing with high levels of stress, overwhelming life situations, and traumatic experiences. Many of the clients I support—including veterans and first responders—struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, trauma, or the long-term impact of high-stress or critical incidents.

My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and honest. Many clients come in saying they don’t want a therapist who just nods or repeatedly asks, “And how does that make you feel?” My sessions are interactive and direct. I show up as a real person who is genuinely engaged in what you’re dealing with. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to perform, minimize, or pretend you’re “fine.”

We move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, on edge, or overwhelmed, I offer a space to sort through what’s happening, build practical coping strategies, and start feeling more grounded and in control again.
