Hi, I’m a licensed therapist (LPC, LMFT, LAC) and I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded. I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface while also finding practical ways to move forward.

Much of my work centers around relationships, family dynamics, and addiction. I often work with people who are doing a lot in their lives, but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in certain areas.

Therapy with me is both supportive and focused and we will spend time building insight, while also working toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable in your day-to-day life.
