I work with adolescents, young adults, and parents who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or difficult life transitions. Many people I meet have been carrying these challenges alone for a long time. In therapy, we work collaboratively to better understand what you’re experiencing, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

My professional journey began after witnessing the impact of limited mental health resources in my rural Idaho community. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for more than 20 years and enjoy supporting neurodiverse individuals, members of the LGBTIQQA+ community, and people from diverse or marginalized backgrounds.
