Hello,
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. I have also helped those struggling with addiction.

My therapeutic work is grounded in understanding each person’s unique story, honoring their individual strengths, and collaboratively developing strategies that promote emotional wellness and personal transformation. I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate life’s most challenging moments, offering guidance, understanding, and genuine support.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that requires honest caring without judgement. My counseling style is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational emotive, solution- focused, and motivational interviewing therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect and sensitivity and I am here to listen; help you set and achieve your goals and empower you to make positive changes in your life.
