My therapeutic style is warm and interactive. I like to meet my clients where they are in their own unique journey and treat them with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is based on the specific needs of my client at any given time during therapy and includes: Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and EMDR.
