As a licensed therapist with three decades of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My practice focuses on addressing challenges like anxiety, trauma, grief, loss and interpersonal dynamics. I offer compassionate guidance for those navigating life transitions, workplace stress, family conflicts, and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is deeply empathetic and adaptable, drawing from extensive clinical experience working with diverse populations. I love integrating my Christian faith and helping others to grow in their love and relationship with Jesus.

I have particular expertise in supporting women, young adults, veterans, and individuals processing complex emotional experiences such as abandonment, past abuse, attachment challenges, and workplace issues. My goal is to help clients build self-understanding, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward healing, feeling safe and personal empowerment.
