Robin has experience counseling individuals with a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD and bipolar disorder. Robin has counseled youth in the foster care system and in an inpatient setting at KidsPeace Children’s Hospital. Robin has extensive knowledge of dysfunctional family systems, having started the first ACoA meeting in the Lehigh Valley in 2010. Robin also has experience counseling couples and families and those in the LGBT community. Robin utilizes an eclectic approach that incorporates elements of cognitive behavior therapy, existential therapy, attachment theory, family systems, and dialectical behavior therapy—along with several other modalities—to assist individuals in managing trauma, depression, anxiety, marital issues and other life challenges.
