I am licensed in Maine with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in many areas of mental health including but not limited to: stress, anxiety, coping with grief / loss, motivation, self esteem, confidence, emotional regulation, depression, life changes, sexual identity and more. I work with my clients in a holistic, systemic way and strive to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
