Stefanie has been in practice for almost a decade. She has particular experience working with high risk youth and those in foster care. Her integrative, person centered approach to counseling stands out to me, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. She uses Lifespan Integration therapy, a trauma informed, somatic based therapy aimed at promoting change. 

She also uses cognitive behavioral therapy CBT), attachment theory and family systems theory. Her overall goal is to help clients gain the personal skills and tools needed to work towards meaningful and fulfilling lives.
