I am a licensed clinical social worker in NJ with over 25 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, career challenges, and ADHD.

My counseling style is positive, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I believe that staying positive is key. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and solution focused modalities. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your individual needs.
