I am passionate about working with motivated individuals who are ready to explore and embrace the changes they need to thrive. My approach is client centered and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can identify their unique needs and work towards their personal goals. In my practice, I have supported clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and identity exploration.
I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as apply a psychodynamic approach, partnering with my clients to understand their experiences deeply, actively listening, and challenging negative thought patterns when necessary. I empower clients to remove roadblocks to unlock their full potential.
I am committed to walking alongside my clients on their journey, offering guidance, understanding, and strategies to help them create the lives they envision based on careful exploration of who they are and their goals for treatment.
