I work with young adults navigating post-secondary choices and adults feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. I provide practical strategies, guidance, and support to help you manage stress, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

I have experience facilitating group therapy as well as working one-on-one with individuals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you build tools for lasting change.

In addition to my counseling background, I also serve as a College and Career Counselor, supporting clients as they navigate academic choices and career transitions.
