Hello! I am licensed in Indiana with over 20 years of professional work experience. Besides being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am also a mom and live with three dogs and three cats. If you schedule a video appointment with me, you might catch a glimpse of one of the fur babes. I have worked in a variety of settings with a broad base of clients with diverse needs. I have experience in helping individuals develop tools to manage stress and anxiety, work through parenting challenges, increase motivation to achieve personal goals, overcome barriers associated with ADHD and neurodiversity, and to create strategies to effectively control depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My style is conversational, sprinkled with humor when appropriate. Therapy isn’t easy–sometimes it’s downright hard–but it can bring so many incredible and positive changes. Congratulations on taking this first step–you’re going to do great!

Special note–my availability is part-time and I schedule appointments during the week in the evenings and on the weekends during the day.
