I work with adults in individual therapy seeking support for everyday challenges such as stress, life transitions, parenting, and personal growth, gaining self-esteem skills, gaining anger management skills, social anxiety management, and learning to have effective boundaries to name a few. My approach is solution-focused, which means we will work together to identify practical tools and strategies you can begin using right away. Whether you are adjusting to a new role, improving communication, or building healthier habits, I can help you learn skills and strategies to help you be successful. I am here to support and empower you in your therapy goals. For clients who value Christian faith as part of their journey, I also offer Biblical encouragement to help you in your spiritual journey getting through your situation. My goal is to create a supportive and focused space where you can build skills, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. Severe and/or frequently severe mental health needs are best served in an in person mental health therapeutic setting. Clients needing intense therapy, court ordered therapy, therapy dealing with legal related issues of any kind, or custody involved therapy are best served by local in person mental health providers and resources.
