I am a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience working with clients who endure anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addictions, self-esteem concerns, and complex mental health disorders. I truly believe that understanding the root causes of our issues and our past experiences is the key to beginning the process of healing for each person. I am passionate about helping people better understand how their communication styles, emotions, and thought processes impact their everyday lives. Counseling clients towards adjusting how they approach and manage certain situations to make a better and happier future for themselves, to me, is a way for them to gain a new perspective and to move towards the positive change that best serves them.
