The co-owners offer fitness training packages that include meeting with Tracy for counseling.  Packages are $300-$500, depending on the number of sessions and whether they’re 30 or 60 minutes. Ms. Cooper also sees clients for regular therapy sessions and accepts insurance, including TRICARE.  Mind-Body Connection Ms. Cooper, along with her co-owner, offers personal training sessions that are 30 or 60 minutes long. They offer a two week trial that includes six sessions, a biometric assessment used to customize your plan and access to fitness coaches.  You’ll also have a session with Ms. Cooper in her capacity as a licensed counselor. After completing the trial, if you continue with the program, you’ll have access to a custom meal plan.  Expertise in Therapy  Tracy welcomes clients from the LGBTQ+ community. She has expertise in helping clients with weight loss, obesity, mood disorders and other challenging mental health issues.  She provides life coaching and works with clients who have ADHD, anger management and behavioral health issues, such as substance use.
